- Immutable Ledger: Every points transaction (earned, spent, expired) is written to an append-only ledger — never edited, never deleted, fully transparent.

- 4 Tiers: Bronze → Diamond: Automatic tiering based on total spend in the last 12 months: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — with fully configurable thresholds.
- Re-Evaluated Every 6 Hours: The system automatically checks and updates membership tiers every 6 hours — customers advance tiers quickly, not just at month-end.
- Tier-Specific Benefits: Configure distinct perks for each tier: higher point multipliers, birthday vouchers, priority support, and annual gifts.
Redemption & Referrals
- Redeem Points for Vouchers: Customers use points to redeem discount vouchers or gifts. Supports automatic or manual approval based on your configuration.
- Referral Program: Customers earn bonus points when they refer a friend who makes their first purchase. Track referral chains and total points earned.
- Redemption Approval: Staff approve redemption requests from the dashboard, search by name or phone number, and instantly confirm point deductions.
Zalo Mini App
- View Points & History: Customers view their current points balance, full transaction history, and soon-to-expire points on Zalo Mini App — no separate app required.
- Redeem Rewards on Zalo: Choose and redeem vouchers directly in Zalo Mini App. Vouchers are delivered via Zalo for use in-store or online at checkout.
